Beachfront apartments on the island of the Louvre Abu Dhabi. In Azure we designed, fitted out and furnished two homes; for Mamsha Al Saadiyat we prepared an interior design package.
Our work in Abu Dhabi
Projects on Saadiyat are run by the same team of designers, engineers and site managers as in Dubai, with the same itemised estimate and the same reporting. The finished work on this page is in apartments; we take on villas on the island on the same terms.
Two apartments in Azure
Two apartments in the same building, with two different tempers. One looks outwards and takes its colours from the beach: walnut, travertine and deep sea-blue velvet. The other looks inwards, like a library: walnut slats, marble with gold veining and brass. We designed, fitted out and furnished both.
A design package for Mamsha Al Saadiyat
For an apartment in Mamsha Al Saadiyat, the beachfront community next to the Cultural District, we prepared the interior design package: 3D visualisations of the master suite, the guest bedroom and the lounge, with every material, light fitting and piece of furniture chosen. The client approves all of it before any work starts on site. A design package can be ordered on its own or as the first stage of a fit-out.
What beachfront homes need
- Interiors that start from the view: the palette, the furniture plan and the lighting are built around the window
- Materials that cope with sun and humidity: stable veneers, stone, outdoor-grade fabrics for balconies and terraces

Approvals in Abu Dhabi
Works are agreed with the building or community management and, where the scope requires it, with the relevant Abu Dhabi authority. We prepare the documents and coordinate access, deliveries and working hours with the building.

Interior design
A design package made to be built: layouts, 3D visualisations, working drawings and a specification with real materials, real suppliers and a real budget.
Villa renovation and extensions
Extensions, new layouts, structural changes, facades and outdoor areas. We take a villa through design, approvals and construction to a finished house.
Custom joinery and built-in furniture
Kitchens, wardrobes, dressing rooms, wall panelling, TV units, shelving and doors, drawn for your rooms to the millimetre and installed by our fitters.
MEP works: electrical, plumbing and air conditioning
The part of a renovation nobody photographs and everybody depends on. New wiring and lighting circuits, water and drainage, AC relocation and quiet linear diffusers.
Furnishing and styling
Furniture, lighting, curtains, rugs, art and tableware selected, ordered, delivered and put in place. You arrive with a suitcase and the home is ready.
