A different kind of project
Bluewaters is a small island community, and its homes are relatively new. Nothing here has to be torn out or rescued. The work is about character: replacing a neutral developer finish with materials that feel good to the hand and look right in the strong daylight reflected off the water.
What we usually do here
- Decorative plaster, wall panelling and new paint colours
- Built-in wardrobes and storage with custom fronts
- Decorative and accent lighting on separate circuits
- Floor-to-ceiling curtains and blackout blinds
- Furniture, rugs, art and tableware chosen and put in place
Texture instead of colour
Our apartment on the island has no accent colour at all. The interest comes from texture: cloudy plaster on the walls, heavy linen curtains, oak parquet, a travertine console, boucle and bentwood chairs, wardrobe fronts with a linen finish and an arched grip instead of handles.
Working on the island
Work starts with a NOC from the building management. On an island every delivery and every van has to be planned, so we agree the schedule with the building in advance and group deliveries together.
Second homes and holiday lets
Many homes on the island are second homes or holiday lets. For them we choose finishes and fabrics that cope with sun, sand and guests, and we complete the apartment so that it can be photographed and listed on the day of handover.

Turnkey renovation and fit-out
Apartments and villas taken from a bare shell or a tired interior to a home you can move into. Design, approvals, construction, joinery and furniture under one contract.
Interior design
A design package made to be built: layouts, 3D visualisations, working drawings and a specification with real materials, real suppliers and a real budget.
Villa renovation and extensions
Extensions, new layouts, structural changes, facades and outdoor areas. We take a villa through design, approvals and construction to a finished house.
Custom joinery and built-in furniture
Kitchens, wardrobes, dressing rooms, wall panelling, TV units, shelving and doors, drawn for your rooms to the millimetre and installed by our fitters.
MEP works: electrical, plumbing and air conditioning
The part of a renovation nobody photographs and everybody depends on. New wiring and lighting circuits, water and drainage, AC relocation and quiet linear diffusers.
Furnishing and styling
Furniture, lighting, curtains, rugs, art and tableware selected, ordered, delivered and put in place. You arrive with a suitcase and the home is ready.
