Who we are

What we collect

When you send a request through a form on this website we receive the data you enter: your name, phone number, email address and the text of your message. Together with the request we record the page it was sent from and, if present, advertising tags in the link you arrived by (UTM parameters).

If analytics is enabled on the website, the analytics provider may set cookies and collect anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.

Why we use it

We use your contact details only to reply to your request, prepare an estimate and perform a contract with you. We do not sell personal data and do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Who can see it

Requests are stored on our server and delivered to our managers by email or through a messaging app. Access is limited to the employees who handle client requests. We may disclose data when the law of the United Arab Emirates requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as we need them to handle the request and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.

Your rights

We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
