Character in a standard layout
In a tower, your floor plan is repeated in dozens of apartments above and below, so the character has to come from the finishes. In both of our Marina apartments mouldings do that job: slim arches painted the same dusty teal as the wall in Vida Residences, classic panelling in warm grey with one block of oxblood red across wall and ceiling in Marina Gate.
Working in a tower
In a high-rise the difficult part is not the work itself but the logistics. Every building has its own management office and its own rules: a NOC before work starts, a refundable deposit, permitted hours, protection of corridors and lifts, a service-lift booking for every delivery. Anything that touches the sprinklers, the fire alarm or the air conditioning is agreed with the building management first. We arrange all of this and schedule noisy work for the hours the building allows.
For owners who live abroad
Many Marina apartments belong to owners who live outside the UAE. The project can be run remotely: drawings and material samples are agreed online, and the site team sends regular photo and video reports.

The part of a renovation nobody photographs and everybody depends on. New wiring and lighting circuits, water and drainage, AC relocation and quiet linear diffusers.
Furnishing and styling
Furniture, lighting, curtains, rugs, art and tableware selected, ordered, delivered and put in place. You arrive with a suitcase and the home is ready.
